Our ISO Certified Industries Division is designed to train and manage production of light manufacturing and assembly, janitorial services and customized labor needs for both public and private sector businesses. Our workforce at VisAbility is 85 percent blind or low vision and paid a competitive hourly wage plus benefits to manufacture and assemble on projects ranging from simple to complex. Screen Printing
We design, print and large format screen printing. Our trusted team produces 85 percent of PENN DOTs road and construction signs. In addition, we handle street signs, printing/towing signs and any project for acrylic, aluminum or approved indoor/outdoor materials.
Assembly
Our VisAbility Industries team assembles hard hats, construction signs, and many varied requests that require hands-on use of tools and components to assemble final product.
Textiles
Many of our jobs include working with industrial textiles. We sew sheets, pillowcases, towels, and aprons for contracts such as state hospitals, prison systems and Federal Government contracts.
Kitting
We provide hands-on labor for assembling end product assembly. Kitting services combine related products into a single package for shipping. This reduces costs, increases sales, and improves the customer experience for our customers.
Services
VisAbility hold contracts for administrative services in such settings as Mailrooms, Photo ID Centers and more. Our team thrives at these tasks through accessible software to assist with customer-centered services that allow organizations to sort, serve and deliver. Extensive background checks for all provides confidence in our staff.
Janitorial
Our PBA Products & Services holds State and commercial contracts for trusted janitorial services. Over 90 percent of our team has some form of disability, so these employment opportunities provide our team with work that customers can feel good about providing. We do floors, windows, and cleaning services – all at a competitive price for universities, offices, schools, for those seeking relationships with agencies like ours.
